Dispute resolution

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. A link is therefore no longer provided.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these sites under general law pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned without delay.

User content: Registered users can publish content on our fan sites. The respective users are responsible for this content. We accept reports of illegal content at legal@skullrock-gaming.com and review them without delay. The rules for user accounts are set out in the terms of use.

The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. No infringements were apparent at the time of linking. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links without delay.
